NOAH – Italian Vegan Shoes

Note: based in Germany but deliver to UK and internationally

Founded in 2009, NOAH offers fashionable, high-quality vegan shoes produced in limited numbers in Italy by small companies that guarantee fair working conditions. Our idea was to create exclusive Italian handcrafted footwear combining quality and style while respecting the environment, the animals and the human health.

Our shoes express the traditional Italian style and the complete comfort of quality footwear. Thanks to the worker-friendly conditions and the use of vegan materials, the production of NOAH footwear leaves a social and eco-friendly mark.

The novelty is represented by the materials used: breathable, resistant to scratch and wear, non-toxic, partly recycled and recyclable. The superior quality of our footwear is aesthetically outstanding and  ensures total comfort and fit. Our shoes are entirely made in Italy by handcrafted shoe-factories that guarantee fair working conditions.

NOAH is a cutting-edge company playing a pioneer role in the field of sustainable and ethical footwear, combining ethical values with high quality design research. The socially responsible and eco-friendly business fits in with the elegant taste of the Italian "Dolce Vita": this is the Italian Vegan Lifestyle of NOAH.

In addition to the footwear collections, NOAH offers style accessories (bags, belts, scarfs) produced by partner companies, who share the same high standards of aesthetic quality and environmental sustainability.

You’re So Vegan

I was once told in a high end London department store that you can’t be vegan and a fashionista. It was then that I decided to prove that statement wrong. There seems to be some historic writ that says if you’re vegan you can’t take pride in what you wear and how you look. As though vanity and veganism are mutually exclusive. After going vegan in 2011, I struggled to replace my designer bags, shoes and belts, woolen coats, cashmere sweaters and silk scarves with vegan friendly options that don’t feel like I am downgrading or ‘settling’ for something just because it’s vegan. It has taken me several years to discover vegan designers that I love to wear and there were many moments when I thought ‘I wish someone had just put them all in one place and made my life easier’. So that’s what I decided to do, I hope you enjoy it!

Curated with a chic, modern woman in mind, You’re So Vegan aspires to offer a comprehensive collection of vegan designer apparel and accessories to suit every style and occasion. I hope as we grow that we will not just showcase vegan designers currently on the market but that we will encourage and support new and existing designers to explore vegan fashion. Please do let us know if there is a vegan designer you love that is not featured on the site and we will look at getting them on board.

Times are changing. You can be vegan and a fashionista, and YSV will prove that.
