FX Fitness are Terri & Dan Garrido, a husband & wife team of fitness professionals providing one-to-one personal training sessions from a new, private and exclusive fitness studio in the outskirts of St. Helier, Jersey. Terri and Dan are both REPS Level 3 qualified personal trainers (Dan has a certificate in personal training and Terri has a diploma).
FX Fitness has a multi-disciplinary approach to training with an emphasis on functional "whole body" movement, using training techniques such as TRX, kettlebells and ViPR - Dan has recently completed his ViPR accredited trainer certification.
Over the last 7 years,Terri has participated at a competitive level in many races from 5K to full marathon, and Dan is quickly following suit under Terri's coaching, having run competitively for the last 12 months. Both Terri and Dan are UK Athletics qualified Coaching Assistants & hope to go to become UK Athletics running coaches. Terri is a qualified indoor cycling instructor and takes regular spin classes at both Fitness First & Carrefour St Lawrence & also provides spinning cover at BodyRox gym. Both are also keen Thai boxers and members of Pisces Thai Boxing gym, and can provide personal training with a martial arts emphasis.
Terri is also a qualified Swedish Masseuse & Aromatherapist & soon hopes to enrol on a Sports Massage Course.
Terri and Dan are both vegans, and happily promote a vegan lifestyle and a plant based diet, and are both keen to disprove the myth that vegans are weedy!

A Nutrition Questionnaire and a Food Diary
You will be sent a couple of forms by email to complete in advance of the session. Complete the Questionnaire and return to Theresa in advance of the appointment. Bring a copy of the Food Diary to your appointment to show and discuss with your therapist\Theresa.
Your Nutritional Therapy Consultation
The initial full consultation may take up to 90 mins. (1hr appts are available upon request)
During this time, your individual Treatment plan is designed, to follow for up to a 6 week period. Following this, we recommend making a 1 hr follow-up appointment, to review the affects, progress and response to the treatment suggestions. (60 mins)
