After qualifying in March 2010 with The British Wheel of Yoga, Ruth has been sharing what she has learnt, and continues to learn, by teaching hatha yoga as her sole full time occupation. She teaches Yoga asana (postures) with a strong link to the rhythm of the breath and she emphasises the spiritual aspects of yoga. Ruth's lessons take place privately, in further education colleges, at local leisure centres, retreats and also rehabilitation facilities around Plymouth and the surrounding areas.
Vegan nutritionist and yoga teacher. Available to help with personalised nutrition consultations, nutrition workshops, personal yoga classes and currently run some ongoing group yoga classes across Plymouth and Newton Abbot.
