Anti Speciesist Alliance (formerly London Vegan Actions) are a group of individuals who actively campaign without heirarchy on behalf of our non- human brothers and sisters until all are free and we see total animal liberation. We refuse to stand by in silence while these living, breathing, feeling, sentient beings are exploited at every opportunity by humans. We want to encourage everyone to join us, here, there and everywhere- we can all be activists, we can all make a difference, we can all help to bring an end to speciesism once and for all.

We are Beneath the wood rescue sanctuary. We are a small sanctuary based in Wales. We have provided permanent sanctuary space for dogs with behaviour issues, sheep, cats and horses.
Our resident dogs are not able to be homed or would be difficult to home due to behaviour issues. They have come to us from other rescues or from vets. Our cats and farm animals have come from local farmers or people in the local community. We only have limited space, but we do what we can with what we have. Most of the animals that come to us will stay here for life as a safe haven.
We work with the animals in a positive way to help them overcome any problems. Helping to build their confidence so they can enjoy life!
We also spend time campaigning for a cruelty free world. We are a strictly no kill sanctuary.
Brook Farm Animal Sanctuary is dedicated to caring for animals. To rescuing them from cruelty, hardship, and neglect. To ensure they live out the remainder of their natural lives in the optimum physical and psychological comfort. Rehoming them when possible but always overseeing their care. We have a non destruct policy except on veterinary advise and where all else has failed.
In some instances, where the animals have special needs, very old, or have personality disorders, we guarantee them care and protection, as well as a home with us for the remainder of their lives. Animals we deal with include the following but are not limited to: dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, ponies, goats, sheep, pigs, cows, chickens, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, all kinds of wildlife etc
Dean Farm Trust is a registered charity committed to raising awareness about sick, ill treated and abused animals that have been subjected to factory farming or sport.

We promote cruelty free choices
We believe in compassion, life & empowerment – all factors that contribute to a sustainable, healthy & cruelty free planet.
By providing information on the use of animals in factory farming, intensive breeding & cruel sports we seek to enable cruelty free choices and wider awareness.
What we buy and the way we live has a direct impact on human & animal welfare.
With information and wide access to cruelty free products, we all have the ability to make informed choices; choices which will improve health, prevent cruelty and protect the environment.
Note: Only open to the public for special events, open days or by prior arrangement.

FRIEND is a farm animal sanctuary in Kent with nearly 200 animals. They find their way here through being unwanted, abused, neglected or abandoned. The sanctuary offers a free roaming (as far as possible and safe) home to chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, cows, goats, sheep and one alpaca who thinks he’s a sheep, on a 10 acre site nestled in between the orchards and hop farms of rural Kent. The 35+ pigs live in their own paddock with wallows.
We rely solely on donations from members of the public.
Financial donations are spent on food, bedding, essential equipment and veterinary bills. We are a no kill sanctuary, we re-home a small amount of companion animals but most of the animals that live here stay with us until the day they die.
Lotus Animal Sanctuary intends to exist to give and promote love, care, kindness, respect, justice and compassion to all beings! Remaining forever mindful of the 5 Mindfulness Trainings of Plum Village – we will raise awareness of the suffering caused by the destruction of life and help others to learn about the ways they can protect lives of people, animals and our planet.
The Sanctuary is looking to target 4 key areas;
1. To provide love, care & shelter to animals who have escaped slaughter, who have been made homeless, who have been injured, or who have been abused and/or abandoned.
2. To find permanent homes for homeless, abandoned, abused and mistreated animals and to always promote adoption through education and example.
3. To promote compassion, love, respect and understanding for all animals through interaction and education. This will be accomplished through physically visiting the animals at the sanctuary, or virtually via the internet
4. To offer a therapy facility to humans offering therapies, stress management, counselling, mindfulness, meditation, relaxation and yoga.

We are a not-for-profit organisation with all the Trustees and most of the volunteers being vegan. All funds raised go to the welfare of the animals who come into The Retreat's care and where possible animals are rehomed in permanent, loving homes. The Retreat operates a genuine no-kill policy.
Our sites accommodate our main rescue centre and wildlife hospital to deal with most animal intakes and emergencies, and our permanent horses, cows and sheep residents - we now have ample room to care for more animals, our intensive and equine rehoming centre, along with care-for-life wildlife and exotics.
